Usually products are despatched 24 hours from receipt of order, subject to stock on a next working day delivery service (some areas 48hrs).
For reasons of security, our couriers require that the parcel be signed for on delivery.
Items can only be left in your porch, shed etc. at your risk and only if requested at time of order.
NOTE:
Deliveries are made via our designated domestic courier. Deliveries are weekdays only (Monday to Friday, except Bank Holidays, between 08:30 and 17:30), and always require a signature unless you have made other arrangements with us. If no-one is available to sign for the goods the courier will leave a card confirming that they have tried to deliver. Please follow the instructions on this card to re-arrange delivery or to collect your products from the local depot.
